Last night around 2 AM, I got two new room mates (just for that one night): Aoife (at first I thought that she was called Eva, the names sound kind of similar in my opinion) and Rebecca from Ireland, who both currently live and work in Whistler. We spent most of today together shopping in Vancouver and eating chinese for lunch. However, I didn't buy any clothes since my suitcase is already too heavy. The only thing I did buy were new earphones as I had managed to break my old ones during the flight to Vancouver.
Just before 3 PM I bade farewell to Aoife and Rebecca in order to see a 'pillow fight flash mob'. Originally, I had planned to join the fight. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the time and couldn't make it back to the hostel to get my pillow. Thus, I settled for
watching the spectacle.
Afterwards, I spent some time sitting and relaxing in the sun in a nearby park.
This evening, while eating my chinese lunch leftovers for dinner, I also met a few German travellers at the hostel.
